Dear VLEs,
All should strictly follow the below instructions for providing Ayushman Bharat service through their Common Services Centres;
- VLE should not charge any fee before printing of Golden Cards.
- VLE should not charge fee more than prescribed i.e Rs 30 per card.
- VLE should do the proper scanning and uploading of documents required for beneficiary validation. Only good quality and legible documents to be uploaded and any illegible document will be rejected.
- VLE should ensure the entry of proper details of beneficiaries. Incase of high rejections of beneficiaries’ card, necessary action will be taken against the VLE.
Incase of any defaults by VLEs on above instructions or VLE involved in any type of fraud activities, FIR will be lodged against him/her along with permanently block of CSC Id.

Important instruction of Ayushman Bharat Service (PMJAY) in hindi
- आयुष्मान भारत सेवा प्रदान करने के लिए सभी को नीचे दिए गए निर्देशों का सख्ती से पालन करना चाहिए;
- गोल्डन कार्ड की छपाई से पहले वीएलई को कोई शुल्क नहीं देना चाहिए।
- वीएलई को निर्धारित से अधिक शुल्क नहीं देना चाहिए यानी प्रति कार्ड 30 रु।
- वीएलई को लाभार्थी सत्यापन के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की उचित स्कैनिंग और अपलोडिंग करनी चाहिए। केवल अच्छी गुणवत्ता और सुपाठ्य दस्तावेजों को अपलोड किया जाना है और किसी भी अवैध दस्तावेज को अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा।
- वीएलई को लाभार्थियों के उचित विवरण की प्रविष्टि सुनिश्चित करनी चाहिए। लाभार्थियों के कार्ड के उच्च अस्वीकृतियों के कारण, वीएलई के खिलाफ आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
उपरोक्त निर्देशों या वीएलई पर किसी भी प्रकार की धोखाधड़ी गतिविधियों में शामिल वीएलई द्वारा किसी भी चूक की जांच, उसके खिलाफ स्थायी रूप से सीएससी आईडी के ब्लॉक के साथ एफआईआर दर्ज की जाएगी।
